Yoga and Barre Instructor

Jill Singer has been a Barre and Yoga aficionado for over 30 years; initially introduced to dance conditioning and Yoga as an alternative to physical therapy, these isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches have kept her active and balanced in all of her life pursuits – marathons, triathlons, power lifting, and just living the circle of life. She has recently re-certified as a Barre instructor and is scheduled to complete her yoga teacher training (200 RYT) from Shanti Yoga School in 2015. Jill is looking forward to sharing her passion for mind-body connection combined with FUN with all members.
