Ali Annanda Surdam RYT200

Ali provides tools for the journey of mind-body connection, encouraging a mindful joining between our physical body and our subtle body.  She finds great importance in a slower practice with long holds while incorporating a slow breath guided vinyasa.

As a Shanti Yoga School graduate, Ali obtained her RYT200 certification.  She has taught over 1,500 hours of yoga and is working on graduating the 500 HR YTT.  She has a deep interest in spiritual growth and making everyday a journey to her highest good.
