Membership Fees and Drop-in Rates
Monthly Membership Fee: The Yoga Tree of Boise offers a monthly membership fee of $45. You are invited to take any yoga class listed on the schedule with your monthly membership. Drop-in Rate: For any All Levels class, you can choose to pay a drop-in rate of $10 per class.

All Levels Yoga
The Yoga Tree of Boise offers multiple all levels classes for the beginner to the experienced practitioner. Come enjoy the different teaching styles and find a class that fits your full body, mind, and spirit. Each instructor brings their own unique style including gentle yoga,power yoga, vinyasa flow, estatic dance, strength building, flexibility, restoration, and meditation.

Sunrise Yoga
In the yogic discipline, the morning is considered as a "divine time" and when an individual's spiritual energy is at its peak. Clarity, creativity, and peace of mind and body are benefits of a sunrise yoga practice because of fewer distractions prior to starting your day. To achieve optimum personal results, it is recommended to practice yoga in the morning. Sunrise yoga brings your body more energy and nourishes you with a positive attitude to fully prepare for the challenges of the day ahead.

Rejuvinate
These afternoon classes are intended to invite vigor, a bit of heat and oxygen back into the body to rejuvenate during the mid day, leaving the practitioner feeling awake, aware, and full of happiness for the rest of the day. One will leave the mat with a sense of renewal, creativity and vitallity!

Partners Yoga
Combining partner yoga and Thai massage, one will discover complementary aspects of balance, flexibility, strength and gentleness while sharing communication, trust, and union. Bring a partner or come solo! This class is held on the first Friday of every month.

Celebratory Friday
Start your weekend with this funky class full of surprises. You may see a bit of estatic dance, live music, mantra, and lots of movement. Sweat, let your voice be heard and leave with a smile. This class is held on the second and fourth Fridays of the month.

CommUNITY Classes
Experience the Unity of yoga. Many teachers, many styles, and always FREE! Every Sunday from 10 to 11 a.m. We are proud to announce our collaboration with Sage Yoga and Wellness for our CommUNITY classes. To share in the mission of community, we will hold these classes every other month at our studios. The schedule is as follows: March - the Tree; April - Sage; May - the Tree; June - Sage; July - the Tree; August - Sage; September - the Tree; October - Sage; November - the Tree; December - Sage.

Specialty Classes
Specialty classes are $38 for 4-week sessions or a $10 drop-in fee

Pre-natal Yoga

Offered by Jennifer Knight, these intimate classes are designed to help strengthen the body for child bearing and support in relieving the common discomforts your body experiences and prepares you for birth. Classes also help you find the time and space to look within yourself, allowing you to connect with your body’s natural instinct of the birthing process. Be apart of an amazing, open environment allowing you to connect with other mothers-to-be by asking questions, making connections, and focusing on your personal needs. This class is designed to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. Please get permission from your midwife or doctor prior to attending class.

Mommy & Me Yoga

These classes are designed for new moms and babies to practice gentle yoga and help strengthen the body after birth while developing the internal love of mommy and baby bonding. This class includes yoga poses for moms with babies; breathing and relaxation techniques; baby massage; and sharing experiences with other moms. Being a mother of two, Jennifer has designed an environment to embrace the unpredictable and varied needs of each mother and child. All babies up to walking are welcome. Moms with babies 4 weeks or older are welcome to attend this class. Please talk to your midwife or doctor about participating if you are joining 4 to 6 weeks after the birth of your child. Registration is required, as these classes are offered based on participation.

Young'in Yoga

Has your little one become too mobile for Mommy & Me yoga? Then it’s time to encourage the development of their minds and bodies with Young’in Yoga. This class includes yoga poses, singing and dancing.  In this safe environment children can begin to feel the joys of connecting with other children and embrace a healthy sense of self. Children that are mobile or walking accompanied by their Mom or Dad are welcome to attend this class. Registration is required, as these classes are offered based on participation.
