Once upon a dream there lived a concept that has now manifested into reality. Hence a new yoga studio was created and a healer was healed. Just over a year ago, this is how the Yoga Tree of Boise and Bring About Balance came into fruition. Now, after one successful year of business through word of mouth, we are ready to reach out to the community and introduce ourselves to you.
The Yoga Tree of Boise offers interdisciplinary Hatha yoga and vinyasa flow classes meeting the wants and needs of our community. Our yoga instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) through the Yoga Alliance. We have come together with love and community in mind and intend to promote growth through you. The Yoga Tree of Boise has formed a sister studio relationship with Shanti Yoga School based in McCall, Idaho, offering teacher training here at our studio. Yoga Tree of Boise memberships include discounts to the local healers who will be present at the open house on Sunday, March 28 such as Reconnective Healing, Boise Massage and Bodyworks, and Shanti Yoga Workshops.
Bring About Balance is the creation of Michelle Jobe who is a Reconnective Healing practitioner with a background in neural kinesiology and Reiki. Her primary focus is to use her modalities to draw upon intuition and be a conduit bringing about balance within each of us. Reconnective Healing helps with dis-ease on all levels including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Balance comes from within and reconnective healing will allow this to naturally come from within you. As a fairly new practice, Michelle will be available to inform the community about Reconnective Healing at our open house on Sunday, March 28. Together, we share the ultimate goal of generating positive energy benefiting our community.
For more information, please visit our web sites or call us. Jennifer Knight, 208.631.4727 or www.YogaTreeofBoise.com; and Michelle Jobe, 208.407.3665 or www.BringAboutBalance.com. We look forward to meeting you!
The open house will be held at the Yoga Tree of Boise located at 207 W. Washington Street in the heart of Boise’s northend across the street from the Elks Rehabilitation Hospital.
